Shipping:

Shipping is usually done via UPS or DHL. The following are rates for shipping and handling using standard UPS ground service for continental United States and the District of Columbia.

Returns:

Any Crow Athletics or Official Race Merchandise is returnable only if garments are defective, because of their custom imprinted nature. Any other merchandise on the Blue Star Runner site has a 30-day, no questions asked return policy, with the exception of shoes, which are subject to certain conditions. If you have a product to return, you must email us at for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you obtain your RA#, please write it on the outside of your return package and ship it to us at:

We recommend insuring your shipment. Blue Star Runner cannot be responsible for returns not received. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We will reimburse you if the return was to correct our mistake.

*Shoes that have been worn outside are not returnable. All shoes or spike returns are accepted at the discretion of Blue Star Runner. The same return procedures as stated above apply.
