Shipping:
Shipping is usually done via UPS. Most orders are shipped out
in three (3) business days or less. The following are rates for
shipping and handling using standard UPS ground service for continental
United States and the District of Columbia.

Returns:
Blue Star Runner has a no questions asked return policy. All
purchases made through Blue Star Runner can be returned within
21 days of the shipment of order, with the exception of shoes
and videos*. If you have a product to return, you must email
us at or
call us for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Once you obtain
your RA#, please write it on the outside of your return
package and ship it to us at:

We recommend insuring your shipment. Blue Star Runner cannot
be responsible for returns not received. Customers are responsible
for all shipping charges. We will reimburse you if the return
was to correct our mistake.
*Shoes that have been worn outside are not
returnable. All shoes or spike returns are accepted at the
discretion of Blue Star
Runner. The same return procedures as stated above apply.

Videos
are not returnable after purchase. If you receive one that is
defective Blue Star will gladly
replace it for you at no cost. Please
follow procedures outlined above.
